Health and Nutrition Coaching with Amy Swanson

How would you feel if you could sit with someone you could talk to someone that really understands what you’re feeling physically and emotionally? Someone who has been there before? Someone who has walked a similar path before you and can help identify destructive eating patterns, negative body image issues, trigger areas around food, cravings and the emotions that tied up in food. Then help you create manageable plans that would address the challenges you face and be there for you as you go through your journey; to help keep you accountable to yourself and to work through the emotions of learning to love yourself as you are as you transform all areas of your health, while you re-balance yourself, gain confidence in learning to listen and trust your body and moving forward with your goals. That's exactly what I can do for you!

Working with a Health and Nutrition Coach is having someone there for you 1:1. I am there to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, to cheer you on, to provide guidance and support, empower you, motivate you, to give you that nudge when you need it and most importantly, to listen. As a Health Coach, I will be your biggest cheerleader so you will start to feel your best through your food and lifestyle changes. I want nothing more than to see you succeed!
